In this 30 days after your healing negative thinking, negative emotions and memories move out of your body, your cells and energy field. For that reason you might feel tired, more emotional and might also have some physical symptoms like soreness, aches. It could also feel at times worse than before the healing. Please contact me. Pray daily to God in your own way and thank God every day “for the miracle of your healing”! Choose to love and forgive yourself and others everyday. Forgive and bless everyone who has hurt you. Allow your feelings to flow without questioning them. It is an emotional release and good for you. Have a positive attitude, think positive, be happy. Expect to be healed. Avoid negative television, news, people, loud or aggressive music and offensive language. Avoid red meat (organic ok), no pork, eggs (organic ok), bananas (organic ok), avoid coffee or caffeine, ideally no spicy food, caffeine it can stir up anger and please no alcohol or smoking of any kind. Drink plenty of water at least 2 to 3 liters per day. Take vitamins and minerals to increase the efficiency of your body’s electrical system like Vitamin B-Complex, Magnesium and others you are comfortable taking. Take a salt bath using 1 cup of Epsom salt or sea salt in warm water, soak only for 10 minutes or longer then shower as normal. If you have a shower, use a container or bucket pour over your body then shower as normal. Do it once a month. Do this especially when you're feeling heavy energetically, high anxiety, sick for example headaches, joint pain, upset stomach, back pain, lethargic, etc.
Some activities you can try or do after your healing: Dance/ move around, listen to lively music, spend time alone, Write on a Journal, Connect with nature, go to the beach, go hiking, go to the park, ground/ walk on grass or dirt barefoot, hug a tree or sit with a tree & connect, get creative or crafty, paint, ride a bike, go for a lovely Walk, write a letter to your future self, God or someone, cook or bake something healthy and yummy! for yourself, pamper yourself, got to a spa, get a massage, discover a new place to enjoy, stand in front of a mirror and repeat "I LOVE MY SELF", "I EXCEPT MY SELF JUST THE WAY I AM", "I AM A PERFECT CREATION OF GOD".
